Préparez et faites chauffer le bouillon de volaille. Triez et rincez soigneusement les fanes de radis. Pelez la pomme de terre, la courgette et coupez les en morceaux. Ajoutez les au bouillon de volaille. Salez, poivrez et faites cuire environ une heure. Mixez et incorporez la crème. C'est prêt !
Pendant la cuisson préparez des petites tartines de pain avec du beurre, du sel et quelques rondelles de radis.
Vous pouvez également faire des tartines de fromage de chèvre et de rondelles de radis.
