Les ingrédients pour une vingtaine de mini financiers
250g de poires soit 2 de taille moyenne : j'ai utilisé des conférences mais je pense que des comices pourraient faire l'affaire également
60g de sucre cassonade
3 oeufs
150g de farine
80g de beurre
1/2 sachet de levure
Le zeste d'un demi-citron non traité
La recette
Mélangez la farine, la levure, le sucre, les oeufs et le zeste de citron dans un saladier. Faites fondre le beurre et incorporez le à la préparation.
Préchauffez le four à 150°C.
Pelez les poires, coupez les en petits dés et mélangez les avec la préparation.
Beurrez et farinez les moules à financiers et versez la préparation. Enfournez pour 25 minutes. Vérifiez la cuisson avec la lame d'un couteau. Dégustez tièdes ou froids.
