Les ingrédients
- 400g de céleri-rave
-1 carotte
- 70cl de bouillon de volaille
- 20cl de crème fraiche légère
- 1cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive
- 1 gousse d'ail
- 1 échalotte
La recette
Emincez l'échalotte et l'ail.
Lavez et pelez le céleri-rave et la carotte puis coupez les en dés.
Préparez le bouillon de volaille.
Dans une grande casserolle, faites revenir la carotte, l'ail et l'échalotte émincées dans l'huile d'olive. Mélangez bien.
Ajoutez le céleri-rave puis mélangez de nouveau.
Versez le bouillon de volailles chaud, portez à ébullition, couvrez et baissez le feu. Laissez mijoter 20 minutes, le céleri doit être tendre.
Mixez jusqu'à l'obtention d'un velouté.
Ajoutez la crème fraiche légère, salez et poivrez.
Décorez avec quelques morceaux de carottes, de céleri rave et une feuille de persil.
