Les ingrédients pour 4 courges
4 courges pommes d'or
1 fromage mont d'or
4 fines tranches de bacon ou de lonzo (jambon fumé corse)

La recette
Faites cuire les courges à la vapeur, 20 minutes au four vapeur (100° et 100% taux d'humidité)
Une fois cuites, coupez le haut des courges pour obtenir un couvercle.
Videz les courges de leurs graines et isolez la chair dans un bol.
Mélangez 4 grosses cuillères à soupe de mont d'or avec la chair réservée.
Garnissez chaque courge de cette préparation.
Ajoutez ensuite les tranches de lonzo.
Servez immédiatement.
